The Ventura numbers dont makes sense to me. You have posted a a chart (a few posts lower) that shows the median under $400k. What gives.

BTW: I dont trust ANYTHING that comes from a realtor.

The median discussed here are for SFH only. The median below was combined SFH & Condo.
