Here are the trustee sales for San Diego county, July 2009. Trustee sales dropped 23.03% MoM and 42.90% YoY. July 2008 has been the peak of this cycle so far. Third party sales continue to increase as trustee sales investors are grabbing every deal they can with the belief they can move inventory through this low foreclosure inventory environment.
