Orange County Trustee sales for October 2009
Orange County trustee sales for October 2009 came in at 857. This was the best showing since June 2009. As always I am impressed with how many trustee sales in Orange County go to a third party. I have a hard time believing there are enough deals that pencil out to support near 40% third party sales to investors. I wonder if owner occupied buyers are just dealing with low inventory by paying retail (or close to it) on the courthouse steps.
