Here is an updated chart showing Recontrust NTS and houses taken back by the bank or sold to a third party. As you can see foreclosure sales are spiking, we shall see how long this lasts.

I know ReconTrust is the easiest to do, given the coincidence of trustee/lender in that situation.
Any chance you can do this for other large SoCal lenders like JPMChase, Wells, Aurora, etc.? I know it's harder becuase the different subsidiaries use different trustees. I've asked ForeclosureRadar to include it in their monthly reports, but they don't yet do so.
God, I hope they just start dumping shitloads of this garbage on the courthouse steps.
